Our product range in household applications include Dishwasher pump seals, Dryer door Seals and drum rollers, motor mounts & connectors, Dishwasher pump seals, door gaskets, drain tube and vibration pads, Molded & extruded refrigerator seals, steam iron grips and seasl, washing Machines door seals and couplings and other small appliances.

Plastics have created an irrplaceable place for themselves in modern healthcare. Since machinabilty of plastics is high, its use range from the smallest pressure tube to casing of a large machine. It is undoubtably cost-effective as well as recycleable. This property is very importance in medical applications as quite a lot of products are single time use and have to be disposed for sanitary / hygine reason.

Anti-microbial property can be induced in the products that are exposed to patients and are prone to bacterial growth. Our product range includes medical packaging , seals and gaskets for medical equipment, pneumatic hoses, medical hoses, device grips, patient bed cover, etc.

All cables ranging from HT transmittion lines to USB charging cables are covered with compounds supplimenting the use case. Factors that determines the compound are transmittion load and environment of operation.

These compounds were traditionally PVC. However, in recent times, compounds with a blend of PE/PP, TPU, and XLPE have emerged as widely accepted solutions. NPPL is working towards developing these grades in association with clients from different sectors in the same industry.
